Let's explore the primary phases of a baby's daily life: eat, sleep, and play.
EAT
General overview, roadblocks, avoiding pitfalls, and making food fun.
SLEEP
Individualized guidance on your sleep journey, myths debunked, and practical skills to optimize restful sleep for baby and you.
PLAY
Choosing the best toys, take-home skills to optimize play, and sensory/motor/ communication viewpoints in various play scenes.

Ready to join us? Choose your own experience by attending 1, 2, or all 3 classes! Registrants who attend all 3 get a discount.
